Reflection (I WILL GIVE YOU MY LATE PASS ON THURSDAY!!)

With the tools I researched and used as a student, it seems that communication and collaboration in classrooms are more seamless than ever. Because of the increasing use in today's classroom, it takes the learning environment beyond the physical walls of the school. The fact that parents can have some levels of involvement in these tools and see how their child is doing.

During this unit, I didn't really encounter many personal examples given. However, I love using technology outside of the classroom for communication and collaboration. Many of my classes have used Google Docs to post study guides and questions to other students to improve clarification of material. Because we're allowed to collaborate on these guides after class and before exams, the student interactions help my grades stay high.

I think it's very relevant that communication and collaboration tools connect education in the classroom come alive and stay interesting when the student is in the comfort of their home or on the go. This level of accessability and portability is amazing and will make students more productive and higher-achieving.
